When Destructive Habits Break

Ever have that moment when you realize you’re doing something that just seriously does not in ANY way serve your highest good..? Yep. For me, as I reflect upon the season change and life previous to today, I realize just how much we’ve all changed!

I invite you to look into your own life and see just where you may have shifted. Stop what you’re doing right now, and write down two things you used to do that got in your own way that you don’t do anymore. It can be anything! Small or big…….cuz it’s all BIG!

Breaking old habits is a big deal! Celebrate! Even if it’s the silly habit of leaving dirty dishes in the sink but now you’re doing it less often. That’s what matters, people! Doing something that we know isn’t that great less often means we’re already shifting. Keep going. When we shift like this, the habit is already dissipating. Keep going. Pennies make dollars, honey, pennies make dollars.

Soon enough, you’ll see just how much richer you are. Celebrate.

Extrapolate that idea/metaphor out and have fun with it. Where are you turning pennies into dollars? Where are you shifting?

…keep going… I love you.
